VinUni Nursing Students Excel During 2024 Summer Internship at Vinmec Central Park Hospital

September 5, 2024

This summer, VinUniversity’s Bachelor of Nursing students made an exceptional impact during their internship at Vinmec Central Park Hospital, demonstrating not only their commitment to patient care but also their spirit of excellence and community involvement. Our Cohort 2 Nursing students, in particular, took on remarkable roles, exemplifying VinUniversity’s mission “Excellence to Lead”.

Among the highlights, Nursing student Hannah Yeboah made significant strides in clinical learning by conducting a thorough and insightful case study on nursing care for a patient with lung cancer in the Oncology Department. Her report showcased her depth of understanding and dedication to patient-centered care, reflecting both the rigorous training provided by VinUni and her personal commitment to advancing healthcare practices.

In parallel, as VinGroup celebrated its 31st anniversary, our Nursing student Tô Hồng Nhân proudly represented VinUni by taking on the role of Master of Ceremonies at the celebration event held at Vinmec Central Park. Nhân’s professionalism and poise as an MC contributed to the success of the celebration, marking a milestone for VinGroup and demonstrating VinUni students’ engagement beyond academic excellence.

The 2024 Summer Internship allowed VinUni’s Bachelor of Nursing students to apply their skills and knowledge in a real-world setting, strengthening their clinical competence and professional acumen. VinUni applauds these students’ achievements and contributions, which highlight the impactful experiences fostered through our partnerships with leading healthcare providers like Vinmec.

VinUniversity is immensely proud of our Nursing students’ dedication, both in their clinical responsibilities and in their roles within the larger community. We look forward to supporting their continued growth as leaders in healthcare and commend them for representing VinUni with distinction.
