The day began with the much-anticipated Graduation Ceremony for the first cohort of Graduate Medical Education (GME) residents from the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics programs. Prof.Dr. Tran Van Thuan, the Vice Minister of Health, delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of the GME program’s success as a contribution to the national healthcare reform.
