Students From VinUniversity Have the Opportunity to Study Abroad at University of Technology Sydney, Starting Spring Semester 2021 (And Vice Versa).
On 14/9, University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and VinUniversity have signed an agreement on the student exchange program between the two universities, along with the kick-off of the Study Away program in which VinUni will host UTS students starting Fall 2020. As with the Study Away Cornell – VinUni program, VinUniversity agrees to support UTS students in Vietnam who are faced with difficulties in returning to their home campus in Sydney due to COVID-19, providing them the best environment to study at VinUni including the opportunity to learn more about our heritage, tradition, entrepreneurial opportunities and business environment in Vietnam.
Starting from 19/09, 22 UTS students will officially join the program at VinUni, with the duration of at least one semester. Regarding the agreement on the student exchange program, starting from the 2021 spring semester, VinUni students can spend their time at UTS as exchange students and vice versa with 1:1 ratio. Students participating in the program will have their academic qualifications and study periods abroad recognized by both universities.
UTS is regarded as one of the world leading young universities, ranked 11th globally in the QS Top 50 under 50 index. UTS offers courses on technology, business and health sciences, in line with VinUniversity’s academic programs. UTS is also one of the target universities in the Vingroup Science and Technology Scholarship Program (administered by VinUni).
