VinUni General Surgery Resident Reported in the International Congress in Korea on Liver Transplantation

Dr. Tran Manh Thang – PGY4 General Surgery Resident recently attended the LT Updates 2024 Congress in Seoul, South Korea during 29-30 August 2024 to present a scientific research paper, titled “Single orifice outflow reconstruction in right lobe  graft living donor liver transplantation: a first  single-center study in Vietnam”.

As of this year, the LT Updates annual congress will be an international academic gathering where surgeons share the leading know-how and cutting-edge techniques of liver transplantation from Korea and around the world.

LT Updates 2024 will have symposia on the latest findings by liver transplantation experts from various related fields and the “Update Session”, which will be the highlight of the congress. There will also be abundant opportunities for young investigators to present their exceptional works.
