VinUniversity Officially Signed a Cooperation Agreement with The University of Minnesota School of Nursing
Recently, the College of Health Sciences, VinUniversity and the University of Minnesota School of Nursing (USA) have signed a cooperation agreement on academic cooperation and exchange. Sharing a common vision and mission in training talented nurses and contributing to improving the quality of the future healthcare field, the two parties mutually agreed to cooperate on the implementation of the following programs:
šStudent and faculty member exchange programs
šJoint research activities
šOrganization of joint conferences and symposia
šJoint and dual-degree programs for undergraduate and graduate students
The cooperation has opened up opportunities for students of VinUniversity’s Bachelor of Nursing program to gain international experience and develop their academic pathways as well as future career prospects. This cooperative agreement once again affirms the world-class educational quality of the Bachelor of Nursing program at VinUniversity.
The University of Minnesota is one of the leading public research universities in the United States, with a network of more than 500,000 talented professors, faculty, and students in a variety of disciplines, including Health – Medicine, Economics, Engineering, Biology, Law,… Established in 1909, the Nursing program at the University of Minnesota is the first Nursing program at a US university. The University of Minnesota is ranked 15th among the top universities for Bachelor of Nursing programs by U.S. News & World Report 2022.
At the same time, this is also the first university in the US to grant a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Nursing Anesthesia, Nursing Informatics, and Health Innovation and Leadership, which is ranked 7th internationally by US News and World Report.
