Our focus is on utilizing active learning strategies. Active learning requires collaboration among learners. All the learning spaces are designed so that you can learn from each other they allow you to learn from each other.

LEARNING RESOURCES
Use of latest technology as the role of health workforce is progressing to e-health and artificial intelligence within a safe and protected environment. From Library to virtual labs, we have them at VinUniversity.

EARLY CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
The purpose is to provide exposure to patients as early as the first year of MD program in a social or clinical context that enhances learning of health, illness or disease, and the role of the health professional. It also allows students to apply knowledge from the pre-clinical curriculum in the hospital setting.

BLENDED LEARNING
Curriculum is built around traditional in class sessions, small group activities and self directed learning incorporating mobile learning resources.

INTER-PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Inter-professional learning will allow students to learn with other health professionals as well as learn from and about each other in clinical environment.

SIMULATION LAB
Simulated environment allows students to practice required procedural and communication skills in a safe environment.

CLINICAL TRAINING
VINMEC chain of hospitals offers excellence in training and patient care along with best hospitals in Hanoi to offer you exposure to learn in an academically challenging environment. In addition, outreach clinics in the community will prepare you to work in under-resourced areas.
FOLLOWING PASSION
Electives are available, and depending on the requirements of the host country, our MD students can go overseas to get maximum exposure and learn in diverse settings in developing and developed countries.

LONGITUDINAL MENTORING PROGRAM

There is evidence in the literature that mentoring by doctors has positive effects on student well-being and career development. Each student in the MD Program is matched with a clinician who will be their mentor thoughout the program. Based on the Nurturing model of mentoring, the Longitudinal Mentoring Program will offer a safe and open environment in which MD students can discuss personal issues, learn and try things for themselves with their mentors acting as resources and facilitators.
