Mentorship Program
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
During residency, residents will have to face multiple challenges regarding different parts of their training. Amidst demanding schedules and a steep learning curve, mentorship becomes essential in providing necessary guidance and support.
At VinUniversity, our program pairs every mentee with a dedicated mentor to help identify their strengths and areas for improvement. This personalized approach translates into specific goals, ensuring our residents achieve academic excellence by the end of their training.
