Nguyen Hoang Long, PhD., RN

Associate Professor

Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long gained his Bachelor of Nursing from Hanoi Medical University, and his Master, Doctoral degrees in Thailand. With other colleagues, he founded the first-in-country Bachelor of Nursing program at a private institution, enabling the involvement of private sectors in higher education for nurses nation-wide. At VinUni, he has been serving as the Chief of Curriculum Development and then Program Director of the Nursing program. Dr. Long has intensive experience in education, especially the application of simulation in both undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs in healthcare.

Kieu Thanh Hieu, BSc

Technician, VinUniversity Medical Simulation Center

Mr. Kieu Thanh Hieu has joined VMSC after eight years of working experience as an IT Technician at the Singapore International school. Mr. Hieu is passionate about technology and is devoted to improving his skills and knowledge about new technologies. He enjoys assisting others with issues regarding their devices, including installing, configuring, setting up devices, maintaining, and finding solutions to customize requirement types, allowing them to perform daily tasks more effectively.

Vu Hong Hanh, BSc (Environmental Engineering)

Training Officer

Ms. Vu Hong Hanh has the master’s degree of Environmental Engineering at Dongguk University, Seoul, Korea. She has excellent experience working for educational organizations. She has shown her passionate in researching, academic support, and administration. At Vin University Medical Simulation Center, she is charge of coordinating training activities, performing procedures in administration and accounting.

Phi Thi Tham

Clinical Training Officer

Ms. Phi Thi Tham graduated from Hanoi Medical University with a major in nursing in 2019. Prior to joining VinUniversity, she worked as a nurse lecturer and accumulated more than three years of experience teaching and practicing nursing skills. She also participated in research projects and curriculum development for the nursing program. She was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Health and the People’s Committee of Bac Giang Province and Ho Chi Minh City.
