HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT

Modern healthcare is changing rapidly, requiring administrators to have new effective skill sets for their work. The VinUniversity CME course “Hospital Management” was developed to meet the current needs of medical staff who have been, are, and will become managers at healthcare institutions. It provides essential knowledge and skill in hospital management. The topics covered in the course are leadership and management in healthcare, health organization structures, and important law and regulations in healthcare.

1. Who should take this course?

– Health administrators at all levels
– Future health administrators or those who want to gain an understanding of hospital management
– Graduate students in healthcare professionals

2. Course duration

40 hours (32-hour theoretical period and 8-hour practical period)

3. Course Content:

– Overview of positions, functions, tasks, and the organizational structure of the healthcare system
– Law on Health Insurance
– Law on medical examination and treatment
– Leadership and Management
– Hospital autonomy

4. The language used in the course: Vietnamese and/or English, depending on the learners’ needs

5. The number of trainees per course: maximum 30 participants.

6. Certification: CME/CPD certificates equivalent to 40 hours

7. Fee: 4.000.000 VND/course/person
